UNI swimming & diving releases 2026-27 meet schedule

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — The UNI swimming and diving crew introduced on Wednesday its meet schedule for the upcoming 2026-27 season.

Entering their tenth season underneath the management of head coach Nick Lakin, the Panthers will open the brand new season on Sept. 26 with their annual Purple and Gold intrasquad meet contained in the Glen F. Henry Pool in UNI’s Wellness-Recreation Center. This meet may also function the jersey retirement ceremony for former Panther standout swimmer Molly Lembezeder (2014-18).

UNI’s first twin meets will see the Panthers go to Marquette on Oct. 9 in Milwaukee earlier than a go to to Chicago on Oct. 10 to twin UIC and Southern Indiana. Northern Iowa will return to Cedar Falls to host each Southern Illinois and St. Thomas in a two-day twin, Oct. 16 and 17 for the primary collegiate meet to be held on the new neighboring Cedar Falls Community Natatorium.
