Welsh music photographer Justin Thomas is accusing painter Elizabeth Peyton, David Zwirner Gallery, and Sotheby’s of copyright infringement on his 1995 {photograph} of British pop star brothers, Liam and Noel Gallagher of the British rock band Oasis.
