Portray with the Wind: Photography by Dr. David Chandler – Orchard Park Presbyterian Church

The Art Gallery is honored to welcome again Dr. David Chandler, professor emeritus at Franklin College, whose distinctive pictures invitations viewers to decelerate, look intently, and expertise the world in a brand new manner.
