The National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board (‘The Board’’) was established in 2016 below the Lotteries and Gaming Act Cap 334 with a mandate to oversee and regulate the institution, administration and operations of the lotteries, gaming, betting and casinos in Uganda, and to guard the residents from the adversarial results of gaming and betting in Uganda.

Job Purpose

To obtain and ahead calls and mails to accountable authorities on lotteries and gaming providers

Key duties and obligations

• Handling inbound and outbound calls and offering customer support.
• Resolving shopper complaints and forwarding calls to accountable officers.
• Following up and offering suggestions to shoppers.
• Providing suggestions to administration on areas of enchancment and making ideas for course of enhancements.
• Provide correct, legitimate and full data in accordance with the Board’s Communication necessities.
• Generate knowledge and submit reviews
• Manage the Toll free counselling line

Person Specifications

Qualifications

1. A diploma in both IT, Mass communication, Customer care, Public relations, secretarial research, Marketing or Journalism from a acknowledged college
