Time flies when you’re being challenged and having enjoyable.

After 15 unforgettable years at Novo Nordisk, I’m closing a chapter that has formed me profoundly — professionally and personally. I really feel humbled by the alternatives that I’ve been given and by the numerous colleagues who’ve supported anf impressed me each step of the best way.

Some experiences stand out deeply. Leading Novo Nordisk Sweden and seeing the affiliate develop from a smaller participant into an trade‑main group was some of the significant journeys of my profession. And working with unimaginable Global, US and IO groups to efficiently launch the primary oral GLP-1 weight problems therapy in fierce competitors — a milestone that can stick with me without end.

Most not too long ago, main the worldwide strategic advertising and marketing group in Obesity and MASH in Global Product & Portfolio Strategy has been a privilege. Building new client‑centric capabilities, shaping the longer term portfolio methods, and delivering file‑setting launches along with passionate groups throughout Global and the associates in US and IO has been each energizing, humbling and actually exhausting work.
