Wellesley COA Photography Club zooms in on Wellesley Fire Department

 

Members of the Wellesley Council on Aging Photography Club had been hosted by the Wellesley Fire Department for a tour of the principle station on 457 Worcester St. on July 10. 

Participating within the occasion had been Susan Camuti, Dom DeLeo, Dan Gee, Sheila Green, Joanne Kilsdonk, and Bill Stanwood from the pictures membership.  The group was hosted by Ryan Johnson, Brennan Polimeno, and Jon Whalen from the WFD. 

The firemen gave a tour of the gear in the principle bay and defined a few of their operations and day-to-day actions.  During the go to, the group noticed the firefighters in motion, when an engine was dispatched in response to a emergency—an occasion which was considerably anticipated as a result of nature of their work locally.

During the go to, the pictures group had the chance to {photograph} the engines, gear and made casual portraits of the firemen.

 

The Wellesley COA Photography Club is a bunch of senior pictures fanatics and meets on the Tolles Parsons Center, 500 Washington St. Meetings are open to seniors locally and are free.
