Maddy Olson – Ladies’s Swimming & Diving Coach

Maddy Olson enters her eighth season on the Minnesota employees in 2025-26. After serving as assistant coach/coordinator of recruiting and communications for 5 seasons, and affiliate coach for 2 seasons, she was promoted to Associate Head Coach in May 2025. 

She has spent the previous 4 seasons working with the space group, which incorporates NCAA All-Americans Bar Soloveychik, Megan Van Berkom and Eliot Kennedy together with qualifiers Katie McCarthy, Chris Nagy and Joey Tepper.
