Working Student RFP & Travel Trade Marketing (m/f/d) – Design Hotels

We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to help our RFP and Travel Trade Marketing groups with day-to-day operations, analysis, advertising actions, and small-scale initiatives. Working carefully with the groups, you’ll achieve hands-on expertise in RFP administration, journey commerce advertising, and cross-functional challenge coordination. 

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Support the RFP and Travel Trade Marketing groups with day-to-day operational duties beneath the steering and supervision of full-time workforce members.

• Support RFP course of with including New RFPs to the platform, coordinating submission with our member accommodations all through the season

• Assist with knowledge administration and updates throughout related platforms, together with Cvent, Salesforce, Asana, and Tableau.

• Support the preparation and execution of RFP actions, together with knowledge checks, price loading, and follow-ups.

• Assist with execution of Travel Trade Marketing actions, Design Hotels Pro, and associated communications.

• Support the preparation of experiences, displays, overviews, and advertising collateral.

• Conduct market, trade, and competitor analysis as required.

• Support small-scale initiatives and initiatives, taking duty for outlined duties from coordination by means of to execution.

• Assist with cross-departmental initiatives and ad-hoc actions throughout RFP, Travel Trade Marketing, Sales, and Distribution.

Experience & Mindset

• Currently learning Business Administration, Hospitality administration or a associated discipline.
• Strong organizational abilities, consideration to element, and talent to handle a number of priorities.
• Interest to develop analytical, analysis, and knowledge administration abilities.
• Digital affinity in MS Office notably Excel and willingness to be taught methods corresponding to Cvent, Salesforce, Asana, and Tableau.
• Strong communication, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
