Thobakgale revealed that in the past two financial years, all senior managers disclosed their financial interests except for Nxele.
Nxele is accused of receiving more than R14 million from a Bosasa-linked company to influence a tender in 2004, which he denies.
He’s been suspended and reinstated multiple times over the past decade and has received compensation.
