The 4 o’clock Arabic hour marker also abandons the clean, utilitarian typeface of the rest of the hours scale in favor of a stylized, brushstroke-esque numeral lifted directly from the “Call of Duty” Modern Warfare 4” logo. It’s a restrained nod in images, but one that breaks up the visual symmetry of the dial enough to demand attention and (likely) start conversations.

Hamilton powers the Khaki Field Mechanical 38mm with the H-50 handwound movement. Produced exclusively for Hamilton by Swatch Group sister brand ETA, the H-50 is a solid mix of rugged simplicity and modern capability, with a beefy 80-hour power reserve at a steady 21,600 bph beat rate. To finish the modern, tactical look, Hamilton fits the watch with an olive drab woven textile strap, complete with a black PVD-coated pin buckle.
