New ALO retailer opens this weekend at Boise-area shopping center

The Village at Meridian is getting a new luxury lifestyle brand this weekend, as one of four new retailers coming to the Treasure Valley hotspot.

ALO, a luxury activewear and lifestyle brand, will open its first Idaho store Friday, with a grand opening weekend that includes a live DJ, Acro Yogis and gift with purchase for the first 100 guests each day through Sunday. It is the first store to open in The Village’s nearly 80,000-square-foot, 100% leased expansion, according to a press release.

“The Village at Meridian invites everyone to celebrate our expansion phase with new stores, live entertainment, experiences and lots of giveaways,” Hugh Crawford, vice president of property management, said in the release. “With this initial round of retailer and restaurant openings in the coming weeks, we are cementing our place as the premier destination in the Treasure Valley for first-to-market stores and restaurants.”

Other new stores include Kendra Scott, Gorjana and Tecovas. Their doors will open the morning of Friday, Oct. 9 at 10 a.m. The day includes giveaways and live entertainment.

More stores, which include Flower Child, Solidecore and more, are expected to open in the coming weeks, according to the release. The full expansion is expected to be completed by February 2027.
