She turned the primary swimmer within the MAC and Akron to put up a sub-51 second time (50.89) whereas putting ninth.  ATLANTA, Georgia – Ohio swim junior Zita Szoke and senior Casadie DiBetta end their first day of competitors on the 2026 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships, hosted by Georgia Tech, in Atlanta, Georgia.In Thursday's 200-yard freestyle, Szoke completed fifth in her preliminary warmth, ending 37th general with a time of 1:46.03.In the 100-yard breaststroke, DiBetta completed her preliminary warmth in eighth place and completed 43rd general with a time of 1:00.67.Both Szoke and DiBetta are again in motion on Friday, March 20, for his or her second day of competitors. DiBetta will kick issues off Friday morning with the 200-yard breaststroke, and Szoke will swim shortly after within the 50-yard freestyle. Prelims are set for 10 a.m. ET with finals at 6 p.m. ET.
