24-Hour Travel Assistance

As part of our group plan with Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company (RSL), you will automatically gain access to travel assistance services offered by On Call International (On Call), in line with an agreement established between RSL and On Call. On Call operates as a 24-hour, toll-free service that delivers an extensive array of information, referral, coordination, and arrangement services tailored to manage most medical situations and various other emergencies you might face while traveling. Furthermore, On Call provides pre-trip guidance including information on passport/visa requirements, foreign money exchange, and weather conditions.
