MINISO Unveils Its Grandest Store Yet in Spain!

The Chinese lifestyle retailer MINISO has broadened its retail footprint with the opening of its largest shop in Spain.

Situated in Madrid’s Gran Via, this new flagship location is not only the first MINISO LAND store in Europe but also introduces a distinctive “IP theme park-style” shopping experience to the region.

Encompassing two stories, the new outlet covers 1100m² and includes individual IP zones showcasing a wide array of products.

Around 70% of the more than 6,000 items available are part of IP partnerships, featuring the brand’s recent Harry Potter collection along with collaborations with Sanrio, Snoopy, and Disney.

The shop sports a 20m Sanrio-themed glass exterior façade.

Inside, visitors will find numerous themed sections, such as a blind box area, cosmetic and fragrance departments, along with interactive experiences like a large claw machine.

The MINISO LAND concept was initially launched in Shanghai, China, in October 2024.

With the inauguration of the Madrid store, MINISO persists in its growth across Europe and the globe.

By the end of September 2024, the brand operated nearly 7,200 outlets worldwide, including 260 in Europe.
