The summit will take place from January 23-26 in Miami with a focus on fitness, recovery, and personal development
High Performance Lifestyle Training Ventures (HPLT), a wellness community, has announced the commencement of the HPLT Women’s Summit, set for January 23-26, 2025, in Miami. This event marks HPLT’s inaugural women-only summit, an immersive journey emphasizing fitness, relaxation, and personal development.
Since 2018, HPLT has organized 16 co-ed events in various cities across the United States. “After experiencing significant success with our previous 16 co-ed events, we’re thrilled to launch our first exclusive women’s summit, indicating the start of a new experiential division within the organization,” stated Brian Mazza, Founder of High Performance Lifestyle Training. “We’ve seen tremendous interest from our primary audience for this event in 2025, and we are confident Miami in January is the ideal setting to kick off! HPLT intends to hold two women-only summits each year at different venues worldwide.”
The four-day retreat encompasses activities such as breathwork, meditation, several HIIT sessions, team runs, and Pilates. Participants will also engage in seminars concentrating on women’s nutrition, health, and wellness. Partnering brands include Vital Proteins, Athletic Brewing, Kane Footwear, Slate Chocolate Milk, SuperCoffee, and Ten Thousand.
The summit will showcase a panel of hosts, which includes 3x Olympian Katy Hoff, Women’s Health Editor-in-Chief Liz Plosser, and podcast and business expert Jenn Gottlieb. Other prominent speakers are Ashley Mills, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Obe Fitness, Alyse Gaulin, CEO of Own It Coaching, and Dr. Yael Joffe, Founder and Chief Science Officer of 3X4 Genetics. Prior to founding HPLT Ventures, Mazza co-established The Ainsworth and served as President of Paige Hospitality Group.
“HPLT Ventures is dedicated to investing, incubating, and accelerating leading CPG brands across diverse sectors,” Mazza remarked. “My journey as an investor, entrepreneur, and athlete has consistently revolved around forming communities that challenge limits. This summit serves as an extension of that goal, tailored for women who aspire to attain peak performance while networking with like-minded peers.”
