Acer has revealed the latest Nitro Blaze 8 and Nitro Blaze 11, portable gaming devices intended to transform mobile gaming encounters. These devices offer high-performance gaming in a compact design, equipped with state-of-the-art hardware and sophisticated display technology. In addition to the Nitro Blaze collection, Acer also unveiled the Nitro Mobile Gaming Controller, a foldable accessory to boost mobile gameplay while traveling.

Powered by AMD Ryzen 7 8840HS processors with Ryzen AI, Acer’s Nitro Blaze 8 and Nitro Blaze 11 deliver up to 39 TOPS of performance. These handheld gadgets include 16GB LPDDR5X memory and up to 2TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe storage, guaranteeing swift performance, brief load times, and seamless multitasking.

Featuring WQXGA touch screens in 8.8-inch or 10.95-inch configurations, the devices support refresh rates of up to 144Hz with a brightness of 500 nits. Enhanced graphical capabilities such as AMD Radeon 780M graphics, Radeon Super Resolution, and AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution technology provide smooth visuals and exceptional image quality.

Users can easily access and manage their game libraries using the dedicated Acer Game Space application, reachable via a hotkey. The Nitro Blaze devices are adaptable for gaming, browsing, or work, equipped with DTS:X Ultra Audio, Hall Effect triggers and sticks, and extensive connectivity options like USB 4, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.3.

The Nitro Blaze 11 also includes detachable controllers for solitary or connected play, a built-in stand, and a front camera for video calls or streaming. Both devices come with three months of PC Game Pass, providing access to a library of titles, including day-one launches like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

The Nitro Mobile Gaming Controller complements the Nitro Blaze series with its foldable and portable design, making it ideal for gaming on the move. Compatible with Android and iOS devices, the controller accommodates screens up to 8.3 inches and connects through a USB Type-C port. Secure rubber pads ensure a stable grip on devices, even with cases. The controller also supports 18W pass-through fast charging, enabling uninterrupted gaming sessions while keeping devices energized.
