I own a 7950X3D. I disable Game Mode, and configure the system to utilize the Ultimate Power Plan. I employ Process Lasso to allocate the simulator’s .exe process (and exclusively that one) to the X3D cores, as well as Bitsum’s other software, named ‘Core Park’ to eliminate core parking.
I have conducted extensive tests and discovered that this configuration yields the optimal performance with this CPU. I purchased the 7950X3D when I obtained FS2024, and no longer operate FS2020, thus I lack any comparative statistics for the latter.
