15-249.19. Water security programs; swimming classes; info; suppliers; posting; parental notification; definition

A. Before the 2025-2026 faculty yr, the division of schooling shall compile and make accessible on the division’s web site each of the next:

1. Information on the function of water security schooling programs and swimming classes in saving lives.

2. A listing of native suppliers of water security programs or swimming classes, or each, that end in certification, together with suppliers that supply water security programs or swimming classes, or each, without spending a dime or at a diminished value.

B.
