Macau Kitchen restaurant and bar is now operational at Bally’s Dover Casino Resort, located at 1131 N. Dupont Highway in Dover.
“We are thrilled to have our visitors enjoy this fresh venue,” remarked Nick Polcino, Bally’s Dover Casino Resort vice president and general manager. “Contemporary and traditional Chinese along with Asian specialties are bound to be favorites among all patrons, from our homemade General Tso’s chicken to our signature bubble teas and satisfying noodle soups.”
The establishment encompasses a dining area, bar, and a gaming lounge.
“Macau Kitchen, along with the nearby high-limit table gaming section, brings exceptional energy to Bally’s Dover,” Polcino stated. “We are excited to provide our customers with another upscale, distinctive experience featuring a variety of table games and a newly revamped restaurant offering an amazing menu.”
The kitchen team prepares dishes from scratch, highlighting wok specialties that showcase the high-heat stir-fry technique, including salt and pepper shrimp, Kung Pao chicken, Singapore noodles, wonton soup, and Vietnamese pho, a flavorful bowl featuring house-made aromatic broth with rare, sliced beef and brisket.
Accompanying the meals are contemporary craft cocktails, a selected wine assortment, and a global range of beers along with various non-alcoholic options like house-made bubble teas and bottled drinks from different countries.
Guests can conclude their dining experience by enjoying an ube or yuzu cheesecake or a homemade apple tart.
The unique gaming lounge features an area for high-limit table games, mini baccarat tables, and blackjack stations.
Macau Kitchen commenced dinner service Thursday, Jan. 16, and will initiate breakfast service on Monday, Jan. 20. The breakfast menu features American favorites made to order like omelets, chicken and waffles, pancakes, and the signature dish, Bally’s Benedict.
Breakfast hours run from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to noon.
For dinner, the restaurant operates four evenings a week, Thursday and Sunday from 5 p.m. to midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.
