This eagerly awaited presentation will occur in San Jose and guarantees a series of thrilling announcements, including the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Series. Furthermore, previews for other innovative gadgets such as the Galaxy Ring 2 and XR Glasses are anticipated to engage the audience.

Samsung Galaxy Unpacked: What to Anticipate

Samsung Galaxy S25 Series

The main focus of the event will be the Samsung Galaxy S25 Series, which consists of three models:

• Samsung Galaxy S25
• Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus
• Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra

Each model will feature a redesigned look, with the Ultra variant showcasing more prominent curves. They are likely to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and run on One UI 7 based on Android 15. The camera specifications include:

• Galaxy S25 Ultra: A quad-camera configuration led by a 200MP sensor, along with a 50MP ultrawide, a 10MP telephoto, and a 50MP periscope lens.
• Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus: A triple-camera setup featuring a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 10MP telephoto lens.

All three devices will come with vibrant Dynamic AMOLED displays boasting a 120Hz refresh rate and will include improved Galaxy AI functionalities under the “Gemini” codename. The series might also feature larger batteries, although specific information remains undisclosed. Pre-orders are currently available in India with a reservation fee of ₹1,999.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim

Samsung is also expected to introduce the Galaxy S25 Slim, claimed to be one of its slimmest smartphones.

With a thickness of merely 6.4mm, the Slim variant is believed to come equipped with either a 6.7 or 6.8-inch screen. Although it will not be released alongside the main series, the device is anticipated to enter the market by May 2025.

Samsung Galaxy Ring 2

Samsung is likely to provide a glimpse of its second-generation Galaxy Ring. Expected enhancements include improved battery longevity, advanced health sensors, and AI-integrated features for fitness monitoring.

Samsung XR Glasses (Project Moohan)
