Around 7 p.m. Tuesday, Wood Dale Fire Protection District officers responded to a report and video exhibiting an individual within the Wood Dale Itasca reservoir close to the intersection of North Wood Dale Road and School Street, the district stated.

Witnesses reported listening to a person, who they stated was on the reservoir with a lady, swimming earlier than sudden screams for assist broke out.
