Utah Locations Eight on Polynesian Player of the Year Watchlist

SALT LAKE CITY — A nation-leading eight members of the Utah soccer crew have been named to the Polynesian College Football Player of the Year Watchlist, introduced Wednesday by the Polynesian Football Hall of Fame.

The Utah group contains linebacker Levani Damuni, offensive lineman Spencer Fano, defensive finish Logan Fano, offensive linemen Caleb Lomu, Michael Mokofisi and Tanoa Togiai, and defensive tackles Dallas Vakalahi and Aliki Vimahi.

The annual award honors essentially the most excellent faculty soccer participant of Polynesian ancestry who exemplifies distinctive skill and integrity each on and off the sphere. The preliminary checklist options 81 gamers from 40 completely different NCAA Division I applications.

Finalists will probably be unveiled on December 9, and the award winner will probably be introduced on December 16.
