Gaming trusts and grants are administered pursuant to the necessities of The Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan Corporation Act, and the 2002 Gaming Framework Agreement signed between the Province and the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations (FSIN).

The Ministry of Government Relations administers Saskatchewan’s authorized obligations by distributing on line casino gaming earnings to:
