Lacking 8-year-old boy discovered useless in swimming pool, DeKalb police say

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. – DeKalb County police confirmed Thursday afternoon that an 8-year-old boy reported lacking Wednesday night was discovered useless in a neighborhood swimming pool.
