Sims 4 Gaming License is Nothe place!?! How & why? | EA Boards

Has anybody not too long ago not been capable of launch Sims 4 as a result of it says, “Gaming License Invalid’? I’ve seen forms that have been from almost a year ago saying an update was issued to fix, but nothing recent and mine is not working. I haven’t been able to play Sims 4 since my desktop was older and couldn’t keep up. I would get frustrated with the lag and not want to play at all. I literally just got a laptop for my work but also wanted to play Sims on it. I bought a laptop that would be able to handle it. After I purchased it the first thing I did was download the EA app and my Sims 4 game with expansion packs. Once everything was said and done, I tried to launch the game and got the “Gaming license invalid”. I’ve executed EVERYTHING!!!!! 

Cleared cache, repaired with within the app, uninstalled and reinstalled each the app and the video games, compelled the EA app to replace, made my laptop replace, every little thing is updated.

Here’s the factor, the one factor that I’ve not been capable of do, and I’ll clarify why, is take my license out of the folder and placed on to my desktop. When I am going to my applications knowledge folder to take out the license folder I do not see the EA service folder, I solely see EA desktop. I seemed in each folder that might be linked with EA, Sims4, Origin, all of it. No license folder to be discovered! I even went to my outdated gradual laptop and put all of the folders that it was lacking in this system knowledge folder on a flash drive and tried to place in into the place it ought to have been. Still would not work. 

Is there anybody that has or is having the identical challenge? Please assist! I’ve even chatted with 4 totally different folks with EA on the reside chat and so they stated they should take it to the technical crew, and they’re going to get again to me!
