An worldwide award may very well be within the combine for 3 Sudbury-based novice photographers who’ll have an opportunity on the Global Physics Photowalk 2025 competition due to a contest just a little nearer to dwelling — however nonetheless about two kilometres underground.
Tasked with capturing the folks and science that make Sudbury’s deep underground analysis lab tick, eight Sudbury-based novice photographers took half within the SNOLAB Photowalk Competition in May.
Each photographer submitted 5 photographs, and following “an internal adjudication process,” 40 pictures have been narrowed down to a few.
Those three photographs shall be submitted to the Global Photowalk Competition, created by the Interactions Collaboration.
