Dear Abby: Husband begins a job with extra journey, and all the pieces I assumed I knew about him crumbles

DEAR ABBY: My husband, “Andy,” and I’ve been collectively 25 years, married for 16. We have three youngsters ages 14, 11 and 9. Our marriage has at all times been a contented one. Andy started a authorities job 5 years in the past, and after two years, he was touring so much.

Once he began touring so typically, I had a tough time adjusting to being all the pieces for my youngsters and never having his help, and he started to resent me for getting so upset each time he left. Travel was not imagined to be a part of the job.
