Glen Luchford’s new exhibition is a ‘visual orgy’ of pictures

From his teenage depictions of Brighton’s skate boarders to his Hitchcockian-lit 90s Prada campaigns, Glen Luchford’s uncooked and vivid photos have come to redefine a brand new visible language of style pictures over the previous three many years. Now, a brand new exhibition, Atlas, devoted to the British-born style photographer and portraitist, opens right now (September 25) in Milan on the 10-Corso-Como Gallery. Running till November 11, the present marks Luchford’s first-ever solo exhibition, conceived and designed by the photographer himself as a dynamic, site-specific journey by means of his oeuvre. 

With a profession spanning 30 years, his work has transgressed many visible binaries. The exhibition will showcase a number of the photographer’s most famed pictures and style campaigns, together with his now-iconic photos of a younger Kate Moss, taken whereas Luchford was nonetheless a self-taught photographer for The Face journal.

Luchford’s distinct editorial imagery shall be accessible to view together with collages, outtakes, errors and private photos, providing a novel and layered perspective into his working observe.
