Celebrating artwork and aloha on the Hawai‘i Partitions 2025 competition

Over the course of every week, Wong and a group of volunteers and artists reworked the Farrington High School campus into an open-air gallery with over 50 everlasting murals, together with a 71-foot community-painted piece that depicts a playful “class photo” with multicultural characters and inventive nods to the neighborhood’s distinctive roots and traits.
