Cougars Journey to William & Mary

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – College of Charleston volleyball heads on the street for the ultimate time within the common season to play William & Mary Nov. 7-8. Serve occasions from Kaplan Arena are set for six p.m. and a pair of p.m. with each matches airing reside on FloCollege.

OPENING SERVE:

• Charleston returns from the bye week after dropping to High Point in 5 units Oct. 28.
• Graduate Izzy Marinelli collected 19 kills and 7 digs within the setback. Since Sept. 27, Marinelli has 142 kills, averaging 3.46 per set to pair with 60 digs and 28 blocks.
• Freshman Jumana Martin enters the weekend averaging 5.16 digs per set in CAA motion, totaling 253 digs.
• Fellow first years Caroline Noonan and Makena Parthen have reached 50.0 blocks in league play with 54.0 and 50.0 blocks, respectively
• With a win or Northeastern loss, Charleston would clinch a berth within the 2025 CAA Volleyball Championship, which takes place Nov. 20-22 in Towson, Md.

 
SCOUTING WILLIAM & MARY

• The Tribe is 9-14 general and 4-8 within the CAA this season. W&M additionally boasts a 3-6 file at dwelling within the second season with Ryan Adams on the helm.
• Katherine Arnason and Audrey Brcka every has amassed 200 kills this season whereas Avery Horejsi paces the protection with 396 digs.

 
SERIES HISTORY:

• Charleston holds an 18-5 benefit within the collection with William & Mary. The Cougars swept the season collection in 2024 with a pair of straight set victories. Charleston is 17-1 in matches that do not go previous the fourth body.

 
UP NEXT:

• Charleston wraps up the 2025 common season at dwelling Nov. 15-16 versus Elon. Opening serves are scheduled for two p.m. each days with Sunday serving as Senior Day. Entry to all common season dwelling matches are freed from cost.
