Wildflorus: Shawangunk II Photography Exhibition

Gardiner Library presents Wildflorus: Shawangunk II Photography Exhibition by Hudson Valley artist Bradford R. Devins, celebrating the sweetness and complexity of native wildflowers. Exhibit: December 31, 2025 – January 29, 2026. Opening Reception: Sunday January 11, 2 – 4PM.

Inspired by many years of historic texts, Devins attracts metaphorical connections between the resilience of wildflowers and human tales. He challenges the notion of “invasive” species, suggesting that conduct—not origin—shapes how landscapes thrive or undergo. The works are displayed in salvaged and refurbished frames, emphasizing sustainability and the worth of neglected supplies. This second version options bigger, never-before-seen items that convey heat and vibrancy to winter, reflecting how each wildflowers and folks can flourish even when displaced.
