The goal of this consent software is to facilitate lots addition between two abutting properties municipally generally known as 67 Telecom Road (the topic lands), legally described as Part Lot 1-2 Concession 4 Manvers Part 1, 2 & 3, 9R2118; Part 2, 3 & 4, 57R-8249; Part 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6, 9R1363 Except Part 5, 57R-8249; Subject To MVB15707, MVB15708, MVB16376, MVB16438, MVD9014 and 32 Waite Road (the benefiting lands), legally described as Part Lot 1 being Part 1 on Registered Plan 57R-8249, Concession 4, Geographic Township of Manvers, now within the City of Kawartha Lakes.

Applications for Consent (D03-2025-073 and D03-2025-074) have been submitted to facilitate lots addition and the creation of an easement. The lands topic to the purposes are positioned east aspect of Lindsay Street North, north aspect of Pottinger Street, within the Town of Lindsay, City of Kawartha Lakes.

The topic lands, owned by Kawartha Gates (Lindsay) Inc., have lots space of roughly 1084.4 sq. metres (0.23 acres) in measurement, with roughly 11.9 metres of frontage on Pottinger Street.
