If Photographer/ Videographer can be offering providers on Villanova’s premises, together with The Inn, Photographer/ Videographer is required to hold the under relevant insurance coverage and supply proof through a certificates of insurance coverage. 

• Villanova University listed because the certificates holder (Villanova University, Attn: Insurance and Risk Management, 800 Lancaster Avenue,  Villanova, PA 19085)
• Villanova University named as extra insured

• Coverage is main and non-contributory to Villanova University’s insurance coverage

• General Liability: $1,000,000 every incidence

• Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 every accident

• Workers Compensation: Statutory*

• Employers Liability: $100,000/ $500,000/ $100,000*

*If Photographer/ Videographer is a sole proprietor or in any other case not required by legislation to hold employees compensation/ employers legal responsibility, these necessities are waived so long as the Photographer/ Videographer  attests in writing that these offering providers on Villanova’s premises carry medical insurance.
