Nine Bearcats named All-PAC in males’s swimming

TRAFFORD, Pa. (Mar. 6)- Nine Saint Vincent males’s swimmers have been named to the Presidents Athletic Conference All-Conference crew’s, which have been introduced by the convention this morning.

Led by the PAC Men’s Swimming Coach of the Year, Josh Gurekovich, three Bearcats earned First Team All-PAC honors. Senior Jacob Dzurica, together with junior Liam Randolph, and freshman William Schauss all earned the award for the Bearcats.

Dzurica received the 50-freestyle and 100-freestyle, whereas ending because the runner-up within the 200-medley relay, 400-medley relay, 100-backstroke, and the 400-freestyle relay at his ultimate PAC Championship Meet. He additionally earned an NCAA B-Cut time to qualify for the NCAA Division III National Championship in a few weeks.

Randolph completed because the runner-up on SVC’s 200-medley and 400-medley relay crew’s to earn his First Team honors. Schauss was the PAC Champion within the 500-freestyle and 1650-freestyle, whereas ending because the runner-up within the 800-free relay, the 400-medley relay, 400-IM, and 400-freestyle relay in his first profession PAC Championship Meet.

Senior Alex Leskovansky, sophomore Giovanni Guido, together with freshmen Owen Echegaray, Evan Zeni, Landon Kirkpatrick, and Maxwell Huck all earned Second Team All-PAC honors as effectively for the Bearcats.

Additionally, senior Hayden Klein was named to the PAC Sportsmanship Team.
