Eight Members of Swim & Dive Earn CSC Academic All-District Recognition

WASHINGTON – Eight members of the American University males’s and ladies’s swimming & diving groups have been honored as College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District selections. From the ladies’s workforce, senior Grace Netz, sophomore Marin Priddy, senior Peyton Thurman, and junior Kate Williams have been acknowledged. From the lads’s workforce the honorees are senior Daniel Coughlin, junior Connor Florence, junior Campbell Hall, and sophomore Luke Martens.

In order to be eligible for CSC Academic All-District, student-athletes should have a minimum of a 3.50 cumulative grade level common, and most be a minimum of a sophomore academically and athletically. Swim and dive student-athletes should have competed in 75 % of workforce competitions, or end top-eight at a convention meet, or take part in a nationwide championship. Only 4 members from every workforce might be acknowledged.

Netz has a 3.85 GPA and is about to graduate subsequent month with a level in psychology, Priddy is a enterprise administration main with a 3.90 GPA, Thurman has a 3.89 GPA and can graduate in May with a level in public relations & strategic communication, and Williams is a regulation & politics and psychology double main with a GPA of three.94. 

Coughlin boasts a 4.0 GPA and can graduate with a level in biology, Florence is a CLEG (communications, authorized establishments, economics, and authorities) main with a 3.90 GPA, Hall has a 3.91 GPA as a finance main, and Martens has a 3.87 GPA as a journalism and worldwide research double main.

All eight student-athletes competed within the 2026 Patriot League Championships and 6 have been point-scorers, together with Priddy with 63.5 factors scored and Martens with 20 factors scored.
