Niagara Hosts eleventh Annual Purple Eagles Award Show

NIAGARA UNIV., N.Y. – The Niagara University Department of Athletics celebrated the eleventh version of the Purple Eagle Award Show at Dwyer Arena on Monday, May 4. The occasion combines the standard student-athlete banquet with an ESPY-style format the place student-athletes obtain accolades for his or her performances throughout the season.

Kylie Blessing of volleyball and Drew Larson of males’s basketball have been the emcees on the occasion, with different student-athletes and employees members presenting awards all through the night.

Additionally, all senior student-athletes have been offered with purple “N” plaques to honor their careers at Niagara.
