Russell Earns Second Profession All-State Women’s Swimming Honors

ASHLAND, Va. – Senior Caroline Russell (Lynchburg, Va./E.C. Glass) has been honored on the 2026 Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) All-State girls’s swim groups. 

Russell earns her second all-state recognition of her profession within the fly class. The senior concluded her profession within the 200-yard fly on the ODAC Championships with a time of two:09.01. Russell helped tie the 200 Medley relay faculty file, ending on day three of the ODAC Championships with a time of 1:03.19, inserting third. Against Virginia Wesleyan, Russell set her season-best time of 1:01.13 within the 100 Fly. Russell earned herself an All-ODAC First Team honor together with her unbelievable efforts within the ODAC Championship meet.
