Gimm Provides Pari Surana to 2026-27 Diving Roster

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – Eastern Michigan University Head Diving Coach Tom Gimm introduced the addition of switch student-athlete Pari Surana for the 2026-27 season.

The addition brings the full of recent athletes for the 2026-27 season to 6, with Lauren Carlson, Gabia Gelumbickas, Eleanor Groves, Emma Jönsson, and Silvana Pomar additionally becoming a member of the swim and dive applications.

EMU: 2026-27: Joins this system as an incoming switch from Marshall University.

MU: 2025-26: Attended Marshall University for 2 years… Competed in 9 meets… Was named Most Improved Diver for the Herd… Scored a season-best 170.20 factors within the one-meter dive on the Miami Invitational, Nov. 21… Earned a season-best rating of 178.40 factors within the three-meter dive towards FIU, Dec. 16.

2024-25: Competed in 5 meets… Scored a personal-best 179.70 factors on the one-meter dive and a private greatest rating of 183.53 factors for her three-meter dive on the WV State Games, Oct. 4… Earned a rating of 141.70 factors within the platform dive on the Sun Belt Conference Championships, Feb. 22.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Jai Hind College… Competed in gymnastics and soccer… Was a five-time regional champion for each bars and vault, three-time state runner up for bars, and four-time state group champions… She additionally was a nationwide qualifier, two-time state runner up and three-time regional champion in each one-meter and three-meter… Competed for PMHB Club Divers for 3 years.
