Ursuline Academy seeks an skilled and enthusiastic Head Swimming & Diving Coach to guide its program. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead secure, organized, and developmentally applicable practices.
• Coach all scheduled meets and oversee meet-day preparation and workforce logistics.
• Teach correct swimming and diving strategies, conditioning, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
• Communicate successfully with student-athletes, households, college directors, and athletics workers.
• Ensure compliance with Ursuline Academy, league, MIAA, and relevant security necessities.
• Supervise assistant coaches and coordinate workforce obligations, as relevant.
• Maintain required certifications and full all mandated background checks and coaching.

Qualifications

• Prior aggressive swimming, diving, or teaching expertise required; head teaching expertise most popular.
• Strong management, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated dedication to student-athlete security, growth, and well-being.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and relevant teaching certifications, or the flexibility to acquire them earlier than the season begins.
• Availability for afternoon and night practices, meets, and postseason competitors.
• Successful completion of all required background checks.

Compensation: $3,800 – 5,800 stipend
