The consumer’s imaginative and prescient was to maximise panoramic sea views whereas creating a house that responds sensitively to the positioning’s topography, prevailing winds and strict peak restrictions. The residence was required to combine beneficiant indoor and out of doors residing areas, wellness amenities, visitor lodging and sustainable design methods, together with photo voltaic vitality, rainwater harvesting and inexperienced roofs. The architectural response sought to steadiness luxurious with environmental sensitivity, producing a sturdy, low-maintenance house that seamlessly connects with the encompassing fynbos panorama and evolving coastal context.
