Duquesne Unveils 2026-27 Swimming & Diving Slate

Pittsburgh, Pa. – Featuring 13 regular-season occasions and three meets inside Towers Pool, the Duquesne swimming and diving workforce introduced its 2026-27 schedule Thursday afternoon.

Entering his twenty sixth season on the helm, head coach David Sheets and the Dukes open the marketing campaign on the CMU Relays, hosted by Carnegie Mellon (Oct. 3), earlier than heading to Hampton, Va., for the Richmond Duals on Oct. 9-10.

The diving workforce opens its season on the Clarion Diving Invite in Clarion, Pa., on Oct. 17, earlier than the Dukes start Atlantic 10 competitors at St. Bonaventure on Nov. 6. Duquesne then returns to motion on the TYR ’85 Invite, hosted by Liberty in Lynchburg, Va., Nov. 20-22.

Following the vacation break, the Dukes return to competitors in December, touring to Austin, Texas, for the Toyota U.S. Open (Dec. 2-5) earlier than heading to Indianapolis for the Speedo Winter Junior Nationals, Dec. 10-12.

After winter coaching camps in Florida and Virginia, Duquesne resumes competitors in January. The swimmers welcome Buffalo to Towers Pool on Jan. 8, whereas the diving workforce travels to New York for the UB Diving Invite (Jan. 8-9). The Dukes then compete on the Western PA Invite on Jan. 22 earlier than touring to Morgantown, W.Va., to tackle West Virginia and Villanova the next day.

The common season concludes at dwelling in opposition to Marshall (Jan. 29-30), with Senior Day set for Jan. 29 at 6 p.m. inside Towers Pool.

The Atlantic 10 Championships are slated for Feb. 17-20 on the Hampton Aquaplex in Hampton, Va.

The postseason begins with NCAA Diving Zones, March 8-10, adopted by the NIC Swimming Championships in Ocala, Fla., March 11-13. The season concludes on the NCAA Championships in Austin, Texas, March 17-20.
