COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 11 Ohio State ladies’s swimming workforce and No. 13 males’s swimming workforce competed within the inaugural College Swim League match Thursday on the FMC Natatorium in Westmont, Ill. The Buckeyes completed in fourth place with 250.5 mixed factors, behind Indiana (575.5), Louisville (451.5) and Michigan (420.5).
Men’s Meet Notes - Cornelius Jahn positioned fourth within the 200 again with a time of 1:42.06. Krys Gorski completed seventh with a time of 1:44.95.
- In the 200 breast, Sam Vaisburg positioned seventh with a time of two:03.86. Jack Wroblewski turned in a time of two:06.01 for eighth place in his Buckeye debut.
- Jordi Vilchez positioned sixth within the 500 free with a time of 4:22.99. TJ Frost completed eighth with a time of 4:27.83.
- The Buckeye relay workforce of Matt Klinge, Chris Weeks, Mike Robinson and Ahmed Ismail positioned second within the 4×50 free relay with a time of 1:17.42.
- Vilchez touched the wall at 1:47.78 for sixth, and Mattaus Rammel at 1:48.10 for seventh, within the 200 fly.
- In the 100 IM, Frost completed in sixth with a time of fifty.43 and Ethan Reniewicki adopted in seventh with a time of 51.11.
- Joseph Roth positioned third within the 100 again with a time of 47.39. Jahn completed in fifth with a time of 47.43.
- Robinson turned in a time of 43.91 for fifth place within the 100 free. Rasmus Hanson completed in 44.98 for eighth.
- Matt Klinge superior to the ultimate spherical of the 50 free skins, swimming a 19.61 within the first spherical, 20.44 within the second and 20.55 within the third spherical earlier than putting second within the remaining with a time of 21.83.
