A trailer fireplace that claimed the lives of a household of six in northern Nova Scotia has been dominated unintended by the provincial fireplace marshal’s workplace.

In an electronic mail, a spokeswoman for the provincial Emergency Management Office says it was decided that the hearth was small however smouldered and created “a lot of smoke and fumes.”

The spokeswoman, Susan Mader Zinck, says the investigation is completed.

The our bodies of the household from Amherst, N.S., had been discovered final Sunday after the hearth broke out of their Passport Ultra Lite trailer in a distant wooded space in Millvale, N.S.

The victims had been recognized as 30-year-old Robert Jorge (R.J.) Sears, his accomplice, 28-year-old Michelle Robertson, and their 4 kids, Madison, 11, Robert Ryder, 8, Jaxson, 4, and Colin (C.J.), 3.
