Jackson, 26, played a combined 52 games for the Atlanta Braves and Miami Marlins last season. He batted .137 with a .252 on-base percentage, three homers and 12 RBI.

The Seattle Mariners selected Jackson with the sixth overall pick in the 2014 draft.

Howell, 23, hit .244 with 16 homers and 51 RBI in 97 games with the Brewers’ Single-A Wisconsin and Double-A Biloxi affiliates last season.

Sullivan, 28, signed with the Brewers on Nov. 30 after spending seven seasons in the minors with the Tampa Bay Rays group.
