The Chamber is and proud to once again partner with the Fair on the educational program: Fun Farm Facts at the Fair, presented by Everett Cash Mutual, Everett Family Health Center and Lampire Biological Laboratories, with support from dozens of additional businesses, including the Bedford County Farm Bureau,  AAI Insurance, Bedford Grange Mutual Insurance Company, Allied Milk Producers, Fortress Insurance Agency PA Beef Council, and many poster sponsors.

Families are invited to join in this fact-finding scavenger hunt, using the 60 posters placed throughout the fairgrounds.  Each poster features information about agriculture – fun facts about farm animals, crops, the food we eat and much more…plus statistics illustrating the significance of agriculture to our economy and our society.

Pick up a question sheet that coordinates with the fact posters at the 4-H Building at the fairgrounds or CLICK THE LINK TO DOWNLOAD QUESTION WORKSHEET:  Fun Farm Facts Questions

Complete the question worksheet, including your contact information and turn the sheet in using the boxes at the 4-H Building, Fair Office, or drop or send the form to at the Chamber office (mail, fax, email, etc.)  Worksheets will be entered into a drawing for prizes, including tickets to the Silver Lining Drive-In and Holiday Nights of Lights.

The Bedford County Fair opens July 24th and runs through July 30st.  The prize drawing will take place August 6th.
