— Not everyone is fond of trampolines nor trampoline parks. I thoroughly understand why. My daughters, however, love them.

Having fun is one thing but being careless is another. When it comes to trampoline attractions, we have an understanding. As long as my girls play sensibly – don’t get too wild – I have no problem going to these places. I’m not that parent who does well with broken bones and other injuries!

So, 90% of the time, I join in on the fun. I do my best to participate in most of their activities. We make memories together, get exercise, and I can keep a closer eye on things. Win, win!

My youngest had a birthday recently. The fun thing she wanted to do was play at Sky Zone in Greensboro. We went to one of the Durham locations years ago and so, opted for Greensboro this trip. There is also a Raleigh location.

Our visit was during an early Friday afternoon. I spent my time trying to capture birthday footage. This meant no jumping for me but my daughters had a blast.

There were very few people inside which left plenty of space to play. And access to each area was easy. Those aspects made the entire experience better.

My daughters spent their time doing these attractions:

  • Freestyle jumps
  • Shooting hoops in the SkySlam and SkyHoops areas
  • Rolling around in the Foam Zone

We purchased the open jump, 90-minute tickets. Socks are required to participate and available to purchase if you don’t already have them. Visit this link for more information about prices and packages.

Just so you know, there are restrooms and water fountains inside. There’s also a little cafe (with tables) serving pizza, hotdogs, ice cream, chips and more. My girls were quick to grab Oreo Dippin’ Dots.

As for more seating, a small lounge area sits in the middle of the center. Couches, tables and other chairs are provided for anyone not jumping. If you prefer being closer to your child’s attraction, benches are placed throughout. I appreciated this and found it very convenient.

We have video footage of our time there that we will be posting to our Youtube channel.
