UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Single-match tickets are now on sale for the 2022 Penn State women’s volleyball season. Season tickets are also still on sale. To purchase tickets, go to the links above. For more information call 1-800-NITTANY or email [email protected]
 
The Nittany Lions are scheduled for 16 matches at Rec Hall during the regular season, including six against non-conference opponents and 10 as part of the Big Ten slate. The non-conference matches are part of two tournaments, with three being played at the Penn State Invitational on Aug. 26-27, and three at the Penn State Classic on Sept. 16-17.
 
The Penn State Invitational is the season-opening event for Penn State. The Lions kick off Katie Schumacher-Cawley‘s first season as the team’s head coach with a match against UConn at 7:30 p.m., on Aug. 26. They host Loyola (Md.) and West Virginia the following day.
 
The Penn State Classic will see the Lions play Howard on Sept. 16, and UAlbany and Coastal Carolina the following day.
 
Big Ten opponents making the trip to Rec Hall this season are Indiana (Sept. 23), Michigan (Sept. 24), Michigan State (Oct. 2), Illinois (Oct. 9), Rutgers (Oct. 23), Ohio State (Oct. 29), Maryland (Nov. 2), Minnesota (Nov. 18), Wisconsin (Nov. 19) and Purdue (Nov. 25).
