EAST LANSING, Mich. – During the upcoming 2022-23 season Michigan State women’s basketball games will have at least five games televised on the Big Ten Network; it was announced by the Big Ten Conference on Wednesday. MSU will also have 15 regular-season home contests aired on Big Ten Plus.

Once again, MSUFCU is a season sponsor for the Michigan State women’s basketball team.

The cornerstone of Big Ten women’s basketball coverage this season will once again be the Big Ten Network, which will televise at least 62 conference women’s basketball games in 2022-23. BTN’s coverage tips off Tuesday, Nov. 8, when defending Big Ten co-champion and Sweet 16 participant Ohio State plays host to Tennessee, coming off an NCAA Elite Eight appearance, at 8:30 p.m. (ET).

For the second-straight season, the Big Ten Conference will play an 18-game league schedule. MSU also played an 18-game schedule in both 2018-19 and 2019-20. The Big Ten had 18-game schedules in both 2015-16 and 2014-15.

Michigan State’s first televised game will be the ACC/Big Ten Challenge game against Georgia Tech on Dec. 1 at 8 p.m. on BTN. The Spartans’ Big Ten opener against Purdue will be televised on BTN on Dec. 5 at 7 p.m. at the Breslin Center. MSU will have its third-straight televised game in the road game at Ohio State on Dec. 11 at 4 p.m. on BTN.

Over the final two months of the regular season, Michigan State will play two more games on BTN. On Jan. 29, the Spartans will take on Illinois on the road at 6 p.m. Michigan State’s final regular-season televised game will be on Feb. 2 at Nebraska at 8:30 p.m.

All BTN, FOX and FS1 on-air games will also be streamed nationwide via the web, smartphones, tablets and connected devices on the FOX Sports App. More than 140 additional games also will be streamed on B1G+, with a full schedule available online at bigtenplus.com. Those games airing on ESPN networks will also be available via the ESPN App on smartphones, tablets, connected streaming devices or espn.com/watch.
