The Salem Area Chamber of Commerce’s Quakerfest held Saturday in the downtown area attracted a large turnout. There were vendors, informational displays and activities — many for children including the popular Rick Everhart of Magic & Balloons. Shown here, Princess Elsa, a popular Disney “Frozen” character, was a hit with the kids. She is shown with Blakely Gatchell who turned 3 on Sunday.
