  • Adhere to company and department safety and security protocols to ensure a clean, safe, and secure workspace.
  • Immediately report work-related accidents or injuries to the manager/supervisor upon occurrence.
  • Utilize appropriate equipment, don suitable personal protective garments (PPE), and apply correct lifting techniques when necessary to prevent injury.
  • Follow policies and procedures for the secure operation and storage of tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • Identify and remedy unsafe work practices or conditions and/or notify management and security/safety personnel.
  • Complete requisite safety training and certifications to perform work tasks effectively.

  • Express gratitude to guests sincerely and provide a warm farewell.
  • Offer support to individuals with disabilities, including helping visually, hearing, or physically-impaired individuals within guidelines (e.g., offering assistance when requested, explaining actions with words, writing directions on paper, moving objects aside, or providing access to Braille or TDD phones).
  • Anticipate guests’ service requirements, including inquiring about guests’ needs and observing/listening to guest preferences and responding accordingly whenever feasible.
